Returns: – You may return unused and unopened products within 14days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. – To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to receive a Return Authorization. – Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.

Refunds: – Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. – Please allow up to 7-14 working days for the refund to reflect in your account after the return is processed.

Exceptions: – We cannot accept returns on used or opened products for hygiene reasons. – Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
