How To Use

1. Lightly dampen your spoolie with water or setting spray.
2. Swirl into BROW POP to pick up just enough product.
3. Brush brows upward and outward, shaping as you go.
4. Allow to set and dry for a clean, lasting hold.
(Optional) Fill in sparse areas with your favourite brow pencil or pomade.
